Return Process

  Ensure your trainer is in its original packaging and shows no signs of use, drops, or modifications to qualify for a full refund.

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Return

  Securely pack the trainer in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
